The CJX2 series AC contactors are widely applied in industrial control systems due to their high efficiency, reliability, broad applicability, and ease of installation, making them an essential component for achieving electrical automation control. Suitable for AC circuits of 50Hz or 60Hz, with voltages up to 690V and current up to 95A, these contactors are designed for long-distance connection and disconnection of circuits and frequent starting and controlling of AC motors. The contactors can be equipped with modular auxiliary contact blocks, air delay heads, mechanical interlocking mechanisms, and other accessories to form delay contactors, reversible contactors, and star-delta starters. They can also be directly combined with thermal relays to create electromechanical starters. Made from high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing technology, the contactors ensure reliability and stability, capable of long-term stable operation in various working environments. The CJX2 series can control large currents, suitable for high-power loads, meeting the current control needs of industrial equipment. With a modular design, they are easy to install and maintain, and can be used with different auxiliary contact blocks, thermal relays, and other accessories for more complex control functions.

CJX2 Normal Working Conditions and Installation Requirements:

Ambient air temperature: -5°C ~ +40°C, the average within 24 hours should not exceed +35°C;
Altitude: Not exceeding 2000m;
Atmospheric conditions: At +40°C, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible; the average minimum temperature of the wettest month should not exceed +25°C, with a monthly average maximum relative humidity of 90%, considering condensation on the product due to temperature changes;
Pollution degree: Level 3;
Installation category: III;
Installation conditions: The installation surface’s tilt angle relative to the vertical plane should not exceed ±5°;
Shock and vibration: The product should be installed and used in places without significant shake, impact, and vibration.
Installation method: Besides screw installation, the contactor can also be mounted using a 35mm standard DIN rail. For AC operation of 40-95, either 35mm or 75mm DIN rail can be used.
CJX2 Usage and Maintenance:

The contactor is protected, with a direct action structure and double breaking points, characterized by its compact size, lightweight, low power consumption, long life, safety, and reliability;
The contactor can form a mechanically interlocked reversing magnetic starter, star-delta reduced voltage starter;
Before installation, check the technical data (such as rated voltage, current, operating frequency, etc.) to ensure it meets the requirements.
During installation, it should be installed under specified conditions, with the coil terminal A1 facing upwards, conforming to human visual habits.
Contactors with a metal installation base should be properly grounded.
Wiring terminal screws should be tightened, and after verifying the wiring is correct, the coil should be energized several times without load on the main contacts to test the reliability before putting it into use.
If abnormal noise is found during use, it might be due to dirt on the core surface, which should be cleaned.
During use, regularly check the components of the product, ensuring moving parts are not stuck, fasteners are not loose, and replace parts timely if damaged.
